My Work With Uptip
I have had the opportunity to take on multiple roles in the Customer Success and Marketing role, giving me an extensive breadth of knowledge of how a company successfully operates.
My job role at Uptip is to create, retain, and generate user experience & engagement with using our product. This involves developing and keeping constant communication with users and managers via email and in person, ordering material for properties located at various locations across the U.S., and generating new ideas/advancements to enhance the users' experience through surveys, app system testing, and data analysis.

Implementing relationship management tools such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, and Outlook helped us gain further knowledge about our users' experience while also help drive engagement by 27.67%, receive feedback, and keep a solid relationship with our users helped us to create improvements to our product.
I was able to effectively communicate with our users in English and Spanish; written and verbal.

Data Analysis
Entering and reporting business metrics played a crucial part in our company's success.
This not only helped our stakeholders understand the status of our company, but it also allowed our team to implement new ideas or improvements to our regular business tactics
Reviewing the status of each month gave our team actionable insights based on the data. This helped us track the company's KPIs, creating improvements based on the discovered insights.
Identifying Areas for Improvement
Through data analysis and user feedback, I am able to use this information to implement educated strategic decisions for areas of our company/product for business recommendations.
This process usually takes A/B testing to discover which recommendations are best to move forward or best to withhold, helping maintain progress for the company.
